Manage your subscription, cancel renewal or question a charge

Distinguish a confirmed payment, a renewal cancellation and a refund request.

Before you start

  • Use checkout only when offered by your account. Review the total, currency, billing period and renewal authorisation before proceeding.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Billing and choose an available plan or purchase action.
  2. Review the checkout disclosures and complete the configured payment-provider flow only if they match what you intend to buy.
  3. Return to Billing and check the recorded payment/subscription status. A bank debit alone is not proof that activation completed.
  4. Use the available status/synchronisation control if payment confirmation is pending, and avoid paying again before checking it.
  5. To stop recurring charges, use Cancel renewal and check that the cancellation is confirmed. Closing the browser does not cancel a subscription.
  6. For a disputed, duplicate or undelivered charge, contact support with the payment reference and follow the Payments & Refunds Policy.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Cancellation is not an automatic refund

Confirmed paid time normally remains until its end after renewal cancellation. The interface does not automatically issue a partial-period credit merely because renewal was stopped.

A missing automatic refund is not a conclusion that no refund is owed. Mandatory rights and delivery problems are assessed separately. Never send support a full card number, card security code, password or live sign-in code.

Troubleshooting

Cancellation is not yet confirmed
Read the provider or reconciliation message and check status again. Contact support before the next expected charge if it remains unresolved.
