Compare plans, start a trial and understand capacity limits

Read the current entitlements before upgrading and understand what remains accessible when a paid period ends.

Before you start

  • Plan prices, capacity and trial eligibility come from the current catalogue and your account. Do not rely on another user's limit or an old screenshot.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Pricing for public plan information, then Billing for the entitlements actually in effect on your account.
  2. Review active-listing, managed-unit, tool and promotion-allowance limits relevant to your work.
  3. If a card-free trial is offered, read its eligibility, duration and start/end dates before activating it.
  4. Check whether a feature is included, requires activation in Tools, or depends on a separate invitation or review.
  5. When a trial or subscription ends, read the resulting capacity or read-only message before attempting changes.
  6. If over capacity, use supported archive actions or choose an appropriate plan; do not delete or falsify active records simply to evade a limit.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Records and access are separate

A trial without payment authorisation does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. An expired trial or plan does not automatically erase the business records you entered.

Read-only access, active capacity and permission to publish or edit are distinct. A paid plan does not make an unverified account eligible or lift a listing's moderation hold.

Troubleshooting

Checkout is not available
Read the displayed reason. Paid billing can be disabled while the catalogue remains visible. Contact support if the account's stated entitlements and actual access disagree.
