Before you start
- The listing must meet the current promotion requirements. Read the placement, timing, allowance or payment terms shown before booking.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Promotions and choose an eligible listing.
- Review available types such as Boost, Featured in search and Homepage spotlight, including their actual placement and timing rules.
- Check whether the booking uses a plan allowance or an enabled one-time purchase, and review the start/end dates.
- Confirm once and inspect the campaign's resulting queued, active or other state.
- Open the campaign detail and receipt where available to review booking information and recorded performance.
- Use Cancel only when the campaign state permits it. Review the separate refund process if paid delivery failed.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Exposure has conditions
Sponsored placements are identified where delivered. Paying does not guarantee a number of enquiries, a completed sale or a higher verification status. A campaign can stop showing when its listing is no longer eligible.
Monthly allowance does not roll over and cancellation does not automatically restore it. A one-time promotion is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Troubleshooting
- An active campaign is not visible on every search
- Review its placement and eligibility conditions, the search context and listing status. Not every campaign type belongs on every screen or every result position.
