Submit a listing and respond to review feedback

Use readiness checks, understand the review queue and correct a listing that needs changes.

For: Agents & developers, Landlords, Agency teams2 min readReviewed

Before you start

  • Finish the draft, required acknowledgements and account-verification steps. The review screen is the authority on the checks still outstanding.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the listing's review step and inspect each readiness issue.
  2. Follow a named issue back to its section, correct it and save the change.
  3. Check media, public contact choices, accurate pricing and the private/public description boundary.
  4. Submit once the available control permits it. Review the listing's resulting status rather than treating a button click as approval.
  5. If changes are requested or the listing is rejected, read the recorded reason and make the required corrections.
  6. Follow the available reopen or resubmit action after correction. A moderation or freshness hold can have a separate restoration process.

Review does not establish ownership

Publication review checks the record against the platform's requirements. It is distinct from proving title, authority in every circumstance or a property's suitability for a buyer.

An unresolved duplicate comparison may need an administrator's decision before approval. Do not create another copy of the advert to evade that review.

Troubleshooting

Submit is blocked
Read the specific account, content, plan-capacity or duplicate-review message. Resolving only one blocker may leave another outstanding.
