Before you start
- The lead listing agent is responsible for confirming the current status. A co-listing editor cannot make that confirmation for the lead.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open My listings or the listing's workspace detail and check the recorded status and availability messages.
- If the property's real situation changed, use the permitted lifecycle action to update it rather than confirming inaccurate information.
- When asked to confirm the current status, make that explicit confirmation only if it remains correct.
- If the freshness deadline has already hidden the listing, follow the request-to-restore control after making the required recent confirmation.
- Wait for the administrator's restoration decision and read any reason given. A new confirmation alone does not lift every hold.
- Check expiry and moderation separately if the property still cannot be viewed publicly.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Why a listing can disappear
Status, expiry, account eligibility, a moderation hold and a freshness hold are separate conditions. Approval or a status change does not automatically clear all of them.
The standard freshness cycle is configurable. Use the actual due date and reminder shown on your record rather than relying on a help article's fixed number of days. A confirmation says the stated status remains current; it is not a sale or letting outcome.
Troubleshooting
- I confirmed but the advert remains hidden
- Check whether restoration still needs review, whether the confirmation matches the current status and whether another hold or expiry remains.
