Publish your directory profile and public contact numbers

Choose what property seekers see while keeping private verification evidence and workspace information separate.

Before you start

  • Publishing depends on your account's current eligibility. Public contact details are a deliberate choice, not a consequence of uploading verification evidence.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open Settings and the Profile section. Complete your introduction, agency or company details, city, state and service areas as appropriate.
  2. Review the preview and publish the profile when you are ready. A profile can remain hidden if the account is not eligible even though it is set to published.
  3. Add the contact numbers you are authorised to publish and select the phone or WhatsApp channels you want to expose.
  4. When editing a listing, review whether it inherits contact settings or uses the explicit choices available for that listing.
  5. Visit the public profile or eligible listing while signed out to check the facts and channels a visitor can actually see.
  6. Unpublish or disable a number when it should no longer be available. Check any team-profile setting separately if your agency displays eligible staff.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Privacy boundaries

The directory presents public profile fields and recorded review facts. It does not publish private verification documents or the client information in your workspace.

A published company name and a recorded company verification are different facts. Do not imply a review has occurred if the profile shows no such date.

Troubleshooting

My profile is published but not in the directory
Check account standing, required review records and the profile's current effective-public state. Demo accounts do not become genuine directory profiles.
