For: Agents & developers, Landlords, Agency teams2 min readReviewed

Before you start

  • Use current photos of the actual property and content you have permission to publish. Check the limits displayed in your editor.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the saved draft and its Photos or media section.
  2. Select supported image files within the displayed size and count limits. Wait for the upload and any required inspection result.
  3. Choose a primary or cover image and arrange the photo order using the controls provided.
  4. Remove incorrect or duplicate images through the media controls and check that the intended cover remains selected.
  5. If adding a video or tour link, use a supported secure URL and confirm that it opens the intended property.
  6. Review the resulting listing and any photo-credit or illustrative-content notices before submission.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Accuracy and permissions

An attractive stock photograph must not be passed off as the actual property. Demo media is labelled as illustrative, and a local demo does not establish real inventory or a completed verification.

Do not put identity documents, private correspondence, security codes or tenants' personal information in public listing photographs.

Troubleshooting

An upload is refused
Check file format, size, count and the specific scanning error. Do not change an extension merely to disguise an unsupported file.
A media link will not save
Check that it uses an allowed host and a secure URL. Uploading a file and pasting an external video link are separate actions.
