Before you start
- You must have authority to market the property. Publishing also depends on verification, review and the current plan's capacity.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open My listings and choose the new-listing action.
- Set the title, property category and subtype, transaction purpose and structured location. Select the appropriate state and local government area when requested.
- Enter price, currency and price period, then room counts, area and features that genuinely apply.
- Write the public description. Keep private access instructions or sensitive notes in the private field, not in the public advert.
- Save your changes and continue through photos/media, contact and review. A saved draft can be reopened from My listings.
- Use the final readiness checks to identify missing details before submitting for administrator review.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Save, submit and publish are different
A draft is a working record visible only through authorised workspace access. Saving a step does not make it public. Submission sends it into the review process, and publication depends on the result.
Changing a property to land can make room and furnishing fields inapplicable. Read the form's feedback when changing type rather than assuming every previous value remains valid.
Troubleshooting
- A value is rejected after changing type
- Choose a subtype and fields valid for the new category. Recheck price period, state/LGA and any required acknowledgements.
- Someone else changed the record
- Reload the latest version, compare it with your intended edit and save again. Do not repeatedly overwrite a conflict without reviewing the newer data.
