Before you start
- Open reports for a listing or campaign you are entitled to view and check the selected time range.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Listing analytics or the relevant promotion's report.
- Choose a supported reporting period and confirm which listing or campaign the data describes.
- Read each metric's label: views, contact reveals, clicks, shares and enquiries describe different events.
- Use the associated details to compare the listing's information and the follow-up work, without assuming that every view was a unique person.
- Check current privacy settings and event-deduplication limits when interpreting changes in volume.
- Contact support with the report reference and period if the screen shows an error or a result inconsistent with its own definitions.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
What counts leave out
Website analytics require optional permission and respect browser privacy signals. Automated clients and repeated activity can also be excluded or deduplicated. Therefore counts are not a census of all browsing activity.
A phone reveal or WhatsApp click is not proof a conversation took place. An enquiry or sales-stage change is not evidence of a completed transaction. Retention windows and the current save state can affect which historic comparisons remain available.
Troubleshooting
- I visited my page but the view count did not rise
- Check permission, browser privacy signals, reporting dates, self/automated activity rules and deduplication before expecting a new counted event.
