Before you start
- Use your own listing register or an explicitly authorised co-listing view. Public search is not a draft-management register.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open My listings and use the available status/search filters to locate the record.
- Open its detail before changing a price, status or expiry so you can review the latest state.
- Use the dedicated price-change action where required for a marketed property. Check currency, price period and the recorded result.
- For bulk changes or an import offered by the register, review the preview and each validation issue before applying it.
- After a bulk operation, read its per-record outcome. A completed batch does not mean every row was eligible.
- Keep any audit or listing reference when asking support about an unexpected result.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
History and reduced prices
A recorded price change can appear in public price history or saved-home changes where supported. A lower asking price does not prove the property sold at that amount.
Bulk operations still apply eligibility, access and state rules to each listing. They do not grant wider permissions or bypass moderation.
Troubleshooting
- One row failed while others changed
- Read that row's failure reason, reload the affected listing and correct its blocker. Avoid reapplying successful rows without checking the preview.
