Before you start

  • Sign in. Access depends on your role, active membership and the service's current availability.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Start at Overview to see work available to your account. Use the main tabs and More menu for less frequent tasks.
  2. Open the notification bell or Notifications to review replies, viewing changes and other account events.
  3. Distinguish an unread notification from a saved-home change. The bell can reflect both, but they have separate read or seen controls.
  4. Professional users can open Tools to inspect the catalogue, eligible tools and active tools. Activate an available tool before opening its workspace where required.
  5. Read any eligibility or plan message before purchasing or changing anything. Planned tools have no working module to open.
  6. Use Settings to manage your account, profile, verification, notification preferences, schedule and billing where those sections apply.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Missing does not mean deleted

Menu links can depend on account type and on actual portal shares or team membership. A tool can also be unavailable, paused or read-only. The server checks permission whenever a record is opened.

A notification is not proof an email was delivered. Read its record and the current state of the underlying enquiry, viewing or listing.

Troubleshooting

The link says access is paused
Read the reason shown. Check the owner or sharing agent, account standing and plan state; do not attempt to bypass access with another URL.
