Before you start
- You can report an eligible public listing without signing in. A report is a request for review, not a decision.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the listing and select its report control.
- Choose the reason that best fits the problem and write a short, factual explanation.
- Identify what is misleading, unavailable, duplicated or otherwise concerning. Avoid unnecessary identity documents, bank information or unrelated personal details.
- Submit and keep any acknowledgement or reference shown.
- If the system recognises an already-open report from you, do not repeatedly submit the same issue.
- If there is a wider account or payment concern, contact support separately with the relevant public link or reference.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Review and privacy
Administrators review reports and may dismiss them or hide the listing with a reason. The advertiser sees the relevant moderation reason, not the reporter's private report or identity.
A hidden listing can leave search, maps and new contact requests while existing conversations remain. Hiding is not a determination of legal guilt or proof of ownership.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot open the listing to report it
- It may already be unavailable. Send support its public URL or reference and describe the problem without forwarding a private conversation token.
