Before you start
- Use the relevant managed property, period and active sharing arrangement. Private internal records are not all part of a published report.
Step-by-step instructions
- The agent opens the property and its landlord-report controls.
- Choose the reporting period and review the included rent, expense and maintenance information.
- Check the source records for missing, duplicate or incorrectly dated entries before finalising a report.
- Use the publish/share controls offered to make the intended report available to the confirmed landlord account.
- The landlord opens the shared property and the available published report, checking its dates and currency sections.
- Ask the managing agent about a discrepancy, and use the supported correction or publication workflow rather than editing an exported copy as though it were the source record.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
What the figures mean
A report is generated from the agent's recorded charges, payments, expenses and related activity for its defined period. It is not a bank statement, statutory audit or automatic distribution of rental proceeds.
Document sharing and report publication are separate actions. A report existing privately does not guarantee that a particular landlord account can read it.
Troubleshooting
- A report is absent from the landlord portal
- Check that it was actually published for the intended property/share and that access is active. Review the current report list rather than forwarding private workspace exports indiscriminately.
