Before you start
- You need the private link issued for that enquiry. It is not a public property URL.
Step-by-step instructions
- After submitting a guest enquiry, copy the private conversation link and keep it somewhere private.
- Open that link to review the messages and viewing information it currently permits.
- Write replies in the conversation instead of creating multiple new enquiries about the same question.
- Check the latest scheduling state before travelling to a viewing.
- If the link is unavailable or expired, follow the message shown and contact the advertiser or support with a non-sensitive reference.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Protect the link
The link acts as access to a private conversation. Do not post it in a public review, share it with unrelated people or attach it to a public help request.
A public listing becoming unavailable does not necessarily erase an existing conversation. New property enquiries and existing conversation access have different checks.
Troubleshooting
- I only saved the listing link
- The public property address cannot replace the private enquiry link. Ask for help using the contact details associated with your enquiry without exposing passwords or identity documents.
