Contact an agent, landlord or developer about a property

Use the contact options actually published and keep an enquiry connected to the correct property.

For: Property seekers, Landlords, Tenants2 min readReviewed

Before you start

  • An advertiser decides which public contact numbers to publish. An unanswered enquiry is not a confirmed viewing or booking.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the property detail page and check the title, location, listing reference and advertised period.
  2. Use the available Call or WhatsApp control if the advertiser has enabled that channel.
  3. Alternatively send a question using the enquiry form and supply accurate contact details and a useful message.
  4. If you are signed in, review the resulting conversation through My enquiries. If you are a guest, keep the private access link returned for that conversation.
  5. Ask for confirmation of availability, the total charges and the viewing arrangements before making plans or payments.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Verification has a limited meaning

Recorded identity, licence or company review facts concern the professional and the check shown. They do not establish ownership, property title or the safety of a payment recipient.

A private conversation link is sensitive. Anyone who obtains a valid link may gain the access it permits. Do not include it in a public post or forward it to an unrelated person.

Troubleshooting

There is no phone number
Use an available enquiry option. Support cannot reveal a number the advertiser has not made public.
