Administrator guide: listing review, reports, duplicates and restoration

Keep publication, moderation and freshness decisions distinct and preserve a reasoned audit history.

Before you start

  • Use the authorised review queue and current record. A report, duplicate flag or stale status is not itself a finding of fraud.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the listing or the relevant Reports, Possible duplicates, Co-listing or Freshness queue.
  2. Read the current public/private fields and the evidence your role permits. Check eligibility and pending related decisions.
  3. For a duplicate comparison, compare the actual units, transaction purposes, address and media before choosing distinct or confirmed duplicate.
  4. For a report, record the permitted dismiss or hide decision and an appropriate reason. Protect the reporter's information.
  5. For restoration, check the specific hold, recent confirmation where required and any other blocking condition before deciding.
  6. Review the resulting state and history. Do not assume lifting one hold clears expiry, account ineligibility or a different hold.

Publication and authority remain separate

A review decision governs platform visibility and the checks described by that workflow. It does not adjudicate property title or guarantee a transaction.

A co-listing approval is a specific permission review. It does not merge separately published records, decide commission or automatically resolve every duplicate comparison.

Troubleshooting

A listing remains hidden after an approval
Inspect every availability condition and its latest revision. Freshness, expiry, status, moderation and the professional's standing can independently block public access.
