Invite a co-listing agent and manage their permissions

Complete the invitation, acceptance and administrator review without assuming it transfers a listing or sets commission.

For: Agents & developers, Landlords, Agency teams2 min readReviewed

Before you start

  • The lead agent must own the listing and the invited professional must meet the displayed eligibility rules in the same country.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the listing's co-listing controls and find the intended professional using the permitted exact identifier.
  2. Select the concrete permissions you intend to grant and provide the required authorisation statement.
  3. Send the invitation. The recipient reviews it from Co-listing and accepts or declines before its expiry.
  4. Wait for administrator review. Acceptance by itself does not activate access.
  5. After approval, check the effective grant. Editing, enquiry access and viewing-management permission are distinct; viewing management can require enquiry access.
  6. Reduce or end access through the lead's controls when appropriate. The co-listing professional can also leave; greater access needs the required new review workflow.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

The lead remains responsible

A co-listing editor cannot change lead-only pricing, private notes, status confirmation or submission simply because draft editing is allowed. They do not gain the lead's other listings or general profile enquiries.

The recorded review does not verify property ownership or agree a commission split. Public co-listing facts appear only while the underlying grant and accounts remain eligible.

Troubleshooting

The invitation was accepted but access is missing
Check pending review, current account eligibility, the listing's state and which permissions were actually granted.
