Before you start
- Open an available, eligible Lead Manager tool. Some plans allow reading or limited actions without full editing.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Lead Manager from Tools and review the enquiry pipeline available to your account.
- Open the lead tied to the enquiry you intend to manage.
- Read the client and property context before changing its stage or follow-up information.
- Record the next follow-up, task or private note using the controls shown. Keep notes factual and appropriate for the people who can access the record.
- Use due or attention filters to work through outstanding follow-ups and update the record after contact.
- Review the activity history if another authorised change has altered the lead.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
A stage is an internal workflow record
A lead marked won or done is not by itself a signed property agreement, a recorded rent payment or a closed platform transaction. Use the separate workflow for the event that actually occurred.
The owner's Lead Manager and an agency team's assigned lead pipeline are different views with different access rules. Shared team work does not automatically expose the owner's entire lead register.
Troubleshooting
- The workspace is read-only
- Read the plan or account reason and use the permitted controls. Upgrading should be based on the displayed entitlements, not on an assumption that every missing action is a bug.
