Before you start
- Choose based on the work you actually do. Describing yourself as an agent or company is not verification.
Step-by-step instructions
- Choose a property-seeker account if you mainly want to find property, save searches, send enquiries or apply for a rental.
- Choose the professional or landlord type appropriate to listing your own property, working as an agent, running a brokerage or developing property.
- Open Settings and Verification to see the professional information and evidence your particular type requires.
- If you were invited into a tenant or landlord portal, use the intended account to claim the invitation; creating a second account does not activate the share.
- If the selected type does not fit your business, review the editable controls in Settings or contact support before submitting evidence under the wrong role.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
The workspace follows your role
Property seekers see saved properties, searches, enquiries and applications. Listing accounts see their professional work. Landlord, tenant and agency navigation also depends on actual shared records or membership.
Company review, professional licence review and ownership-related review are different checks. Follow your verification screen rather than assuming every account needs the same licence document.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot see a portal or agency link
- Ask the sender to check the invitation, recipient account and confirmation. Account type alone does not grant another person's records.
