Before you start
- You need your own signed-in account. The agent must have opened applications for the relevant unit or linked listing.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Apply from a property where the control is available, or use the application link provided by the agent.
- Sign into the intended account and check that the property and unit are the ones you meant to apply for.
- Complete the displayed name/contact, proposed move-in, occupants and message fields.
- Submit once and check the resulting application status in My applications.
- If the agent needs a conversation or additional arrangements, use the appropriate communication channel. Do not put unnecessary identity numbers or payment credentials in the message.
- Use the withdrawal option if available when you no longer want to proceed.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Decisions are made by the agent
The application workflow does not automatically screen applicants, charge application fees or decide eligibility. A shortlisted or accepted application does not itself create a tenancy or grant tenant-portal access.
The agent can separately record an accepted tenancy. A distinct sharing invitation and confirmation are needed for the portal.
Troubleshooting
- Apply is unavailable
- Applications may be closed, the linked listing may be unavailable or the unit may not accept new applications. Contact the agent rather than using another unit's link.
