Before you start
- You need the report or settings permission shown for the team. A public profile setting does not expose private client work.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the relevant agency team and its Reports section.
- Set the offered period or other report filters and read exactly what records the report covers.
- Use an export control only if your role permits it. Keep exported client and work information in authorised storage.
- For public staff visibility, the owner reviews the team's show-on-profile setting.
- Enable it only after checking which approved managers or agents have eligible public profiles, then inspect the owner's public profile.
- Remove an outdated member or turn off the setting when that presentation is no longer appropriate.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Reports describe records
A report reflects the team's recorded assignments, activity and outcomes. It is not an independently audited sales total or proof that every enquiry became a transaction.
Displaying eligible staff on a profile does not make their private notes, conversations or financial assignments public, and does not replace individual verification requirements.
Troubleshooting
- A staff member is absent from the public profile
- Check active membership, role eligibility, the person's published public profile and the owner's team-visibility setting.
