Administrator guide: review professional onboarding

Review the evidence required for an account type and record a reasoned decision using role-restricted controls.

Before you start

  • This article explains the workflow; it does not grant administrative access. Use only your authorised country and account role.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Review queue and the relevant participant/onboarding view.
  2. Open the applicant's record and identify the account type, required check and current stage.
  3. Read the submitted evidence through the authorised private viewer and compare it with the declared details.
  4. Record the permitted approve, reject or request-changes decision with an accurate explanation where required.
  5. Review outstanding screening or final-approval steps rather than treating one document approval as complete onboarding.
  6. Keep private evidence and internal notes inside their authorised workflow; do not send them through public listing fields or ordinary screenshots.

Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.

Record only the check performed

An identity, licence, company or ownership-related review has its own scope. Do not infer another verification merely because a different step passed, and do not label a provider check as run if it was not enabled and executed.

Changes in account standing can affect publishing and shared access. Review the recorded history when investigating a discrepancy rather than modifying unrelated permissions.

Troubleshooting

A decision is blocked by a changed record
Reload the latest review state and compare the new evidence or account state before making a fresh decision.
