Describe the property precisely
Choose the property type and subtype that match the actual space. Add an accurate state, locality and neighbourhood, with the exact bedroom count where relevant. Explain what a buyer or renter will receive rather than filling the description with repeated location keywords.
Make the price understandable
State the currency, asking price and price period. Name additional charges and explain whether services, furnishings or appliances are included. Where a charge depends on use, describe the arrangement instead of implying it is fixed.
Use photographs that answer questions
Publish current photographs you are authorised to use. Include the main rooms, entrances, relevant exterior areas and important features. Use captions when a photograph shows a shared facility or a different unit, and never pass illustrative images off as the actual property.
Maintain the listing after publication
Respond to enquiries, correct inaccurate details and update availability when it changes. Review the listing when the price or terms change. Property Hunt provides a listing workspace so the published description and your follow-up work can stay together.
