Methodology
Comparable public, non-demo listings are grouped by transaction, state, property category, currency and price period. We publish a median only where at least ten comparable listings are available. Asking prices are not achieved transaction prices.
Reading the data
Every published figure needs a stated scope and sample. Changes in the mix of properties advertised can change a summary without describing the experience of every property in an area. Use listing details and independent professional advice when assessing a specific property.
