Before you start
- Guest saves depend on this browser's storage. Account saves require you to sign into the intended account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Use the heart control on a listing to save the property. Open Saved properties to review saved items.
- If you saved as a guest, keep using the same browser and device to find those saves.
- Sign in for account saves that can be accessed on another signed-in device.
- If the import option is offered, review the device saves and explicitly import the ones you want. Import does not itself erase the device copies.
- In detailed Property search, set supported filters and use Save search. Name the search so you can recognise it later.
- Review price and availability updates on account-saved homes and use the available seen controls once reviewed.
Workspace links may ask you to sign in. Access depends on your role, plan and the records shared with you.
Saves are not reservations
Saving a property does not hold it, contact the agent or guarantee continued availability. An unavailable saved home may retain previously public details without becoming a current public offer.
Saved-home change indicators compare current information with what you last acknowledged. They are not a complete historical price record. Clearing local browser storage can remove guest-only saves.
Troubleshooting
- Saves are missing on a second device
- Check the signed-in account. Guest-only saves do not sync until explicitly imported into an account.
